HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Will be based on Location: Jakarta Office

Competencies:

To be successful in this role you must have:

* Minimum 1 years of similiar experience, preferably in construction industries
* Bachelor Degree from a reputable Academy/University majoring in Management or other related majors
* Formal & reputable qualification in dealing with industrial relation matters
* Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written
* have clear understanding of labor law and the implementation on field
* Hard worker and able to work under pressure

This is a permanent senior position and will require a strong and independent leader with effective communication skills and work ethic.

Marketing Communication Manager Post Date: 08 Jun 09

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s Degree – either with a background in Communication, Marketing or Public Relation
* Should have an excellent understanding of the media communication as a fundamental part of the marketing mix, and the use of media skills as a tool in sales promotion
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in developing corporate communication function using communication/marketing tools, website, etc, organizing marketing events and sales promotional activities ideally within a professional services environment
* A communication professional – excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Indonesian languages
* Creative mind, self-starter with initiative, and confident manner
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels

A working knowledge of the insurance business would be an excellent addition but is not essential if the candidate can demonstrate an aptitude for quick learning.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have to manage and develop internal and external communication, promotion strategy, and take responsibility for Marketing Communication events:

To work closely with Group Marketing Communication Manager, ideas/opportunities for developing corporate image enhancements through website development, publications, brochures, company profile, newsletters, presentation templates, etc.
*
To proactively develop plans for promoting products – provide internal support in online services, media monitoring, new business development, etc.
*
To participate in image-building corporate activities in creating a favorable view of the organization in the community by managing marketing activities, advertisements, company events, and trainings.
