· Prepare Purchasing Orders and Delivery Orders

· Prepare Price Quotations for commercial film, documentary and feature films

· Arrange Processing Scheduling for commercial film, documentary and feature films

· Prepare letters and agreements for customers and suppliers

· Update weekly, monthly and yearly marketing report

· Gather customer requirements and build solution to meet the requirements

· Maintain and enhance good relationships with existing clients

· Follow-up on sales potentials, handling enquiries and customers follow-up

· Able to come up with an initiative to improve customer service and increase company sales

· Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed

Requirements:
